Here’s an alternative to receive the help you need.
Are you desperately looking for Christ-centered counseling but have some barriers blocking you from meeting in person? Virtual or online counseling can be a relief when your options for in-person therapy are limited.
I understand that it’s sometimes not possible to make it to the office for your sessions. Maybe you live far from the office, have a tight work schedule, or have childcare limitations that make it hard to get away for an hour or two. Maybe there’s not a “good fit” counselor for you in your area, and you’re broadening your options by looking for what’s available in virtual counseling.
I much prefer the in-person experience, but for these reasons and more, I also provide professional online counseling to anyone in Texas who needs help.
Alexander Graham Bell would be proud of us for using telephone technology for therapy and not just sending memes. But if you want good memes to be part of therapy, just let me know, and I’ll send you some. That’s just a side note.
How does it work?
Online counseling works just like traditional therapy but with the flexibility of secure video sessions.
You’ll need a mobile device or computer with a camera, speakers, microphone, and an Internet connection to participate. This equipment allows us to interact face-to-face, like an in-person session.
You pick the place. It can be from the comfort and privacy of your home, during your lunch break at work, or anywhere in Texas with a secure Internet connection.
When making a connection, make sure to have a place that allows for privacy so our sessions will be confidential and free from disturbances.
Don’t delay the help you need.
Putting off getting the help you need could leave you wandering in the dark longer than you need to.
Your mental health, spiritual health, and relationship health concerns are too important to leave unaddressed.
Unmanaged stress, anxiety, or depression can harm your relationships, work performance, and overall well-being.
True peace and healing are obtainable.
